Abstract

disclaimer
DiagPoly™ Sulfate Fluorescent Polystyrene Particles, Red, 1 μm (# DSFR-T001) are encapsulated with red fluorophores (excitation: 580 nm, emission: 605 nm) and functionalized with sulfate groups on the surface which are relatively hydrophobic. The particles will passively and nearly irreversibly adsorb almost any protein, including albumin, IgG, avidin, and streptavidin. Before sampling, mix well by sonication, vigorous shaking or vortex mixing.
