Abstract
Currently, the FDA has approved over 300 in vitro diagnostics EUAs for SARS-CoV-2, including 268 molecular diagnostic tests, 44 antigen diagnostic tests, and 85 serology tests. In vitro diagnostics tests are important steps to confirm SARS-CoV-2 infection and have essential functions to patient diagnostics. What are the principles of these detections? What are some sample types? What are the common detection methods and related problems?
