Abstract
At Fig Education Lab, we are dedicated to collaboratively researching and designing initiatives to help all learners lead lives that are personally fulfilling, socially connected, and economically secure. One of the key areas we focus on is fostering social emotional competencies through the implementation of mindfulness practices in education. In this article, we will explore the benefits of incorporating Mindfulness in School curricula to enhance students' social emotional development.
